Erin Culvey

Erin Culvey has over 17 years of experience in Human Resources. Erin currently serves as the Director of Human Resources at Ryders Health Management, where they lead and directs all day-to-day HR and quality assurance functions. Prior to their current role, Erin worked as the Human Resource Director at Loyal Team, LLC, where they developed and implemented the HR framework for all HR policies and procedures. Erin has also worked as a Human Resources Consultant at CW Resources, Inc., where they planned and implemented a complete HR department start-up. Additionally, Erin has experience as a Human Resource Manager at Genesis HealthCare, where they managed HR functions in multiple locations, and as a Human Resource and Office Manager at Tri State Properties and Development, where they managed all HR functions and acted as the point-of-contact for all HR and finance-related matters. Erin began their HR career at Contempo Casuals as a Personnel Coordinator, where they scheduled interviews, maintained schedules, and conducted new hire orientations.

Erin Culvey's education history includes completing the SHRM-S/CP Exam Prep program at Central Connecticut State University starting in 2023. Prior to that, they attended Manchester Community College from 2000 to 2002, where they studied Business Administration.

In terms of additional certifications, Erin has obtained several relevant certifications.
