Giulia Martins began their work experience in 2014 at Pernambucanas, where they started as a Jovem Aprendiz and later became a Financial Analyst until May 2016. In May 2016, they joined Rydoo as a Customer Success professional. Giulia'sresponsibilities at Rydoo included on-boarding clients, defining solution requirements, managing partnerships, analyzing and resolving issues, providing B2B sales support for the Brazilian market, and developing partnerships to generate revenue. Giulia also gained knowledge in management platforms such as Hubspot, Salesforce, Asana, Pacote Office, and Intercom.

Giulia Martins attended Universidade Presbiteriana Mackenzie from 2020 to 2022, where they obtained an Associate of Science - AS degree in Computer Systems Analysis. Prior to that, from 2014 to 2018, they attended Centro Universitário FMU | FIAM-FAAM and earned a Bachelor's Degree in Law.

In addition to their formal education, Giulia has also obtained several certifications. In April 2022, they completed the "Advance Your Skills as a User Experience Researcher" certification from LinkedIn. In August 2021, they obtained the "Certificação Executiva: Desenvolvimento de Negócios, Liderança e Networking" certification from FIA ONLINE. Furthermore, in September 2020, they completed the "Introduction to Coding" certification from SheCodes Workshops.
