Carlos Lara Diaz

Carlos Alberto Lara is an experienced professional with a strong background in quality management and continuous improvement across various industries. Currently serving as Plant Manager at Ryerson since June 2016, Lara oversees multisite operations and reports to the Regional Operations Manager in California. Previous roles include Quality & Continuous Improvement Manager at Ryerson, Quality & Product Engineering Manager at Acuity Brands Lighting, Customer Quality Manager & Quality Systems Manager at Alcoa, and QA/RA Manager at Hill Rom, among others. Lara holds an MBA in Quality and Productivity from Universidad Tecmilenio and a Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering and Administration from Universidad Autónoma de Nuevo León.
