Jim Gough has extensive experience in operations management within the steel and manufacturing industries. Currently serving as the Director of CTL Technology Advancement and Director of Coil Processing at Ryerson since February 2018, Jim oversees multiple coil processing centers, focusing on efficiency and procedural compliance while implementing quantitative metrics for performance evaluation. Prior roles include Manufacturing Manager at Atkore International, Manager of Operations at Crown ERAM, LLC, and Area Manager of Operations for Tin Products at United States Steel Corporation. With a tenure that spans over three decades, including significant leadership positions at Robinson Steel, Jim has demonstrated expertise in operational strategy, safety, production management, and workforce training, contributing to the scalability and efficiency of various manufacturing processes. Jim's educational background includes studies at the University of Wisconsin in 1995.
