Leona Bassi

Leona Bassi currently serves as the Chief Human Resources Officer at Ryff, beginning in January 2023, where Bassi is a key strategic partner in shaping global HR initiatives aligned with company objectives. Previously, Leona spent over 24 years at Stanford University, culminating as the Human Resources Director for the Stanford Alumni Association and Office of External Relations, advising senior leadership and managing comprehensive HR functions. Earlier roles included Human Resources Manager and Program Manager, where Bassi focused on employee relations, training, and performance management, alongside leading operations within the Stanford University Libraries.
