Jim Decker has a diverse work experience spanning several industries. James "Jim" started their career as an Account Executive at Thomas James Associates before becoming a Senior Sales Manager at Loring & Matthews. In 1996, they joined Dewynters Advertising Inc. as a National Sales Manager and later became the Vice President & Chief Operating Officer. In 2013, they founded SEE Merchandising LLC and served as the Managing Member, overseeing design, sales, and marketing. James "Jim" then joined Dyehard Fan Supply in 2017 as the Executive Vice President, where they managed eCommerce development and operations. Currently, Jim is working at Ryman Hospitality Properties as the Vice President of Retail. Throughout their career, they have also contributed as a volunteer at Toastmasters District 46, serving as an Area Governor.
