Jennifer Hutcheson

Jennifer Hutcheson is the current Executive Vice President, CFO at Ryman Hospitality Properties. Jennifer has over 20 years of experience in accounting and finance.

Jennifer started their career as an auditor at Arthur Andersen in 1999. In 2002, they moved to Ernst & Young, where they worked as an auditor for two years. In 2004, they became the Corporate Accounting Manager at Private Business Inc.

In May 2004, Jennifer joined Gaylord Entertainment as the VP of Accounting & Tax. Jennifer oversaw the corporate accounting, fixed assets accounting, and corporate tax accounting teams. During their time at Gaylord Entertainment, Jennifer also served as the Project Director or Project Sponsor for several ERP system projects, including an Oracle re-implementation and a brand-wide Oracle purchasing roll-out. Jennifer served on the brand Business / Information Technology Leadership committee.

Jennifer left Gaylord Entertainment in December 2012 to join Ryman Hospitality Properties as the Senior Vice President, Corporate Controller & Chief Accounting Officer. In this role, they are responsible for the financial and tax records for the corporate/parent company, designated non-core subsidiaries, joint ventures, discontinued operations, and affiliated not-for-profit entities.

Jennifer Hutcheson has a Bachelor's degree in accounting from Tennessee Technological University and a Master's in Business Administration from Vanderbilt University's Owen Graduate School of Management. Jennifer also has a certification from the State of Tennessee as a Certified Public Accountant.

They work with Mark Fioravanti - President & Chief Financial Officer, Scott Lynn - Executive Vice President, General Counsel & Secretary, and Bennett Westbrook - Executive Vice President and Chief Development Officer. Their manager is Colin V. Reed, Chairman & CEO.
