Ian Shannon

Ian Shannon is an experienced professional in business intelligence, analysis, and marketing, currently serving as Lead Business Intelligence Solutions Engineer at Ryobi Die Casting, Inc. since September 2021. In this role, Ian is responsible for developing solutions that meet reporting, analytical, and process optimization objectives. Previously, at Wiley Education Services, Ian acted as a Business Analyst, designing and maintaining reports and dashboards for diverse customer bases.
