Karen Belongia

Karen Belongia has extensive experience in manufacturing management, currently serving as the Plant Manager for Plant 2 & 6 at Ryobi Die Casting, Inc. since May 2015. Transitioning to Plant 6 in May 2018, Karen played a key role in launching the new Ford line after being promoted to Plant Manager in May 2017. Prior to joining Ryobi, Karen held the position of Lead Coordinator at Keihin IPT from April 1997 to May 2015, overseeing up to 100 associates. Karen's career in manufacturing began at Thompson Consumer Electronics, where Karen worked as a Setup Operator from April 1988 to 1997. Karen holds an Associate of Science degree in Business Administration, Management and Operations from Ivy Tech Community College, earned between 1980 and 1984.
