Antonio Francesko

Antonio Francesko is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in research and development, product management, and operations within the biotechnology and materials sectors. Currently serving as the Director of Research and Development at Ryp Labs since January 2023, Antonio leads R&D initiatives and identifies growth opportunities. Previously, Antonio held the position of Senior Innovation & Product Manager at Amyris, where responsibilities included product innovation and program management. As Head of Operations & Product Lines at Plant Response, Antonio managed operations in the EMEA region, overseeing quality assurance and new product lines. Antonio's earlier roles include project management at the International Iberian Nanotechnology Laboratory and formulation management at Nogga Cosmetics. Academically, Antonio holds an Executive MBA and a PhD in Chemical Engineering from the Universitat Politècnica de Catalunya, along with additional degrees in polymers and biotechnology.
