Clara Isabel Mata Martínez

Clara Isabel Mata Martínez has a wealth of experience in research. Clara Isabel began their career in 2010 as a Practicum Student at the University of Zaragoza. Clara Isabel then worked as an Assistant Scholar at the same university in 2011. In 2012, they completed an Erasmus Dissertation in the Group of Salmonella and Probiotics at the Centre of Microbial and Plant Genetics. From 2013 to 2020, they held the roles of PhD Student and Post-doc Researcher at KU Leuven. In 2016, they completed a Research Stay at the University of Cambridge. From 2020 to 2022, they worked as a Researcher at pcfruit, Mycology department at Proefcentrum Fruitteelt (pcfruit vzw). Currently, they are a Research Scientist at Ryp Labs.

Clara Isabel Mata Martínez holds a Master's degree in Food Science and Technology from the Universidad de Zaragoza, which they obtained from 2010 to 2013. Clara Isabel also holds a Bachelor's degree in Nutrition and Dietetics from the same university, which they obtained cum laude from 2007 to 2010.
