San Lee C. has a diverse work experience in various industries. Starting in 2010, San served as a Business Analyst at Human Network Labs (HNL), a start-up specializing in object localization and monitoring. In this role, San supported the CEO in business development efforts and developed application business cases.

In 2012, San worked as a Technology Specialist at SPRING Singapore's Technology Innovation Division, focusing on technology advancements and innovation.

From 2013 to 2016, San held the position of Industry Development Group Manager at SPRING Singapore, a governmental agency promoting economic growth. San worked with C-level executives and middle managers of marine and offshore SMEs, conducting competitive analyses and supporting plans for sustainable growth and investment.

Since 2016, San has been with Rystad Energy, an independent energy knowledge house. Initially starting as a Client Analyst, San worked with clients in the energy sector, providing industry insights and maximizing the use of database solutions. San then progressed to become the Senior Vice President and Global Head of Client Solutions, and eventually the Partner and Global Head of Client Solutions.

San Lee C. completed a Bachelor's Degree in Chemical and Biomolecular Engineering, as well as Business Administration, from the National University of Singapore between 2008 and 2013. Additionally, from 2010 to 2011, they attended the University of Pennsylvania for Engineering Entrepreneurship. Before their university education, San Lee C. studied for their GCE A Levels at Raffles Institution from 2006 to 2007.
