Tripti Garg has a diverse work experience spanning several companies and roles. TRIPTI worked as a Working Student CRM Marketing at Ryte in 2023. Prior to that, they were a Werkstudent at Dr. Wieselhuber & Partner GmbH from November 2021 to May 2023. Tripti also worked as a Project Student at REKRUTADOS from September 2022 to January 2023, where they were involved in market research and digital marketing. TRIPTI was a 2022 HerCapital Associate at SEO London from January to July 2022. In addition, Tripti has experience as an eLockr Implementation Manager at OnGrid from October 2020 to February 2021, and as an Associate Account Manager at Channelplay Limited from April to September 2020. TRIPTI also worked as a Program Manager in the Commercial Business Intelligence Division at Machwan Communication & Research from November 2019 to February 2020. Prior to that, they were an Associate Consultant and Intern at Elevondata from August 2018 to November 2019, where they worked on Salesforce and JIRA. Tripti also has internship experience at Sify Technologies Limited and Airports Authority of India in 2017.

Tripti Garg is currently pursuing a Master's degree in Management at the Technical University of Munich, starting in 2021. In 2021, they also attended the Bavarian-Indian Centre for Business and University Cooperation for a Summer School program in Design Thinking. Prior to that, Tripti completed their Bachelor's degree in Electronics and Communications Engineering from The NorthCap University, graduating in 2018. TRIPTI received their Senior Secondary Education from Rukmini Devi Public School, Pitampura in 2014, where they studied the Science Stream. Tripti Garg completed their Secondary Education at Rukmini Devi Public School from 2010 to 2012. Additionally, they obtained a Scrum Foundations Professional Certificate (SFPC) from CertiProf in August 2020.
