Brett Richards PMP has a diverse work experience spanning from 2005 to present. Brett began their career as the Owner & General Manager of BR Sculpture, where they oversaw the prototyping and production of custom-designed items. In 2009, they started Alloy Manufacturing & Design, where they managed a staff of 12 employees and handled all aspects of manufacturing operations. From 2010 to 2012, they served as the General Manager: Appliance Division at D. Wexler & Sons, overseeing the manufacturing of appliance parts. In 2012, they joined TM Tire Co as the Project and Operations Manager, responsible for managing all aspects of manufacturing operations in the truck tire industry. Brett then held the position of General Manager at Richardson Seating Corporation for a brief period in 2014 before transitioning to The 9th Street Group as Principal. Currently, Brett serves as the Vice President of Operations at Rytec Corporation.

Brett Richards PMP has a diverse education history. In 2001, they attended the School of the Art Institute of Chicago and obtained a Bachelor of Fine Arts (BFA) degree with a focus on Metals. In 2013, they enrolled at Villanova University and completed several certificate programs. Brett obtained a Black Belt in Lean Six Sigma as well as a Masters Certificate in Lean Six Sigma. Additionally, they earned a Masters Certificate in Six Sigma Green Belt. Furthermore, at Villanova University, Brett obtained a Project Management Professional (PMP) certification, which was awarded by the Project Management Institute in July 2013.
