Andy Haines

Andy Haines has extensive experience in the housing development and construction industry. Andy was the Executive Vice President at Gatesburg Road Development, where they oversaw the rebranding effort of the Affordable Housing Division. Prior to that, they held the same position at S & A Homes, where they created a new division focused on affordable and urban housing. Throughout their career, they have successfully built and renovated over 900 housing units in various projects. Andy also has experience in development and served as the Development Director at Concorde Capital Corporation. Additionally, they worked as the Executive Director at Hollidaysburg Community Partnership and as the Assistant Director at Philadelphia Architectural Salvage Ltd.

Andy Haines obtained a Bachelor's degree in Urban Studies from PennWest California between 1983 and 1987. Later, they pursued a Master's degree in City and Regional Planning at The Ohio State University, which they completed between 1992 and 1995.
