Frank Garay Jr

Frank Garay Jr. is a skilled civil structural specialist with extensive experience in the engineering and surveying industry. Currently employed at S&B Infrastructure, Ltd. since April 2021, Frank focuses on oil and gas projects, commercial and residential surveying, and boundary surveys. Prior to this role, Frank served as a general partner at Tijerina & Garay Land Surveyors from April 2017 to April 2021, and spent time as a senior CADD specialist at Premier Civil Engineering, LLC from January 2013 to May 2017, where responsibilities included creating field notes and preparing pre-calculations for field crews. Previous positions include residential inspector with the City of Laredo and CADD technician at Madeline Anz Slay Architecture, LLC. Frank holds an associate's degree in Applied Science Computer Drafting & Design from Laredo Community College and is a graduate of J.B. Alexander High School.
