Joleen Specht

Joleen Specht currently serves as Manager of Projects at S.C. SWIDERSKI since July 2023, following a tenure at Nehemiah General Contractors from September 2019 to July 2023 as Director of Project Management, where leadership of Project Managers and management of high-end residential construction sites between $1M-$5M were key responsibilities. Prior to that, Joleen spent over 12 years with the American Cancer Society in various roles, culminating as Regional Director, and developed event planning expertise at A Painted Frame. Joleen was also the President/Owner/Operator of Lighthouse Eldercare Assisted Living from August 1997 to September 2013. Educational qualifications include studies at the Community College of Aurora and the Professional Management Institute, along with certifications from NAHHH and the American Red Cross.
