Ali Alfaraj

Ali Alfaraj is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in planning, optimization, and financial analysis within the chemical industry. Currently serving as a Staff Analyst in Planning & Optimization at S-Chem Group since January 2013, Ali has developed a comprehensive financial model that enhances the understanding of production economics. Prior to this role, Ali contributed significantly as a Planning & Optimization Senior Specialist, constructing the facility-wide mass balance model that remains vital for the company's operational decisions. Ali's earlier roles include Finance Development Manager at SABB and Programmer & Financial Analyst at Banque Saudi Fransi, alongside experience at Embee Mobile and SABIC. Ali holds a Master’s degree in Industrial and Systems Engineering from the University of Florida, a Master’s in Information Technology from Carnegie Mellon University, and a Bachelor’s in Computer Science from King Fahd University of Petroleum & Minerals.
