Ashlee Dinsmore

Ashlee Dinsmore has held a variety of roles in the customer service and marketing industries since 2010. Ashlee began their career at CertaPro Painters, where they provided marketing assistance. In 2011, they joined Fry's Electronics as a Customer Call Center representative, where they were recognized as a high performer. From 2013 to 2014, they worked at the University of Central Florida as an Events and Staffing representative, collaborating successfully with the Orlando Police Department and UCF directors. From 2014 to 2017, they worked at Raytheon as a WTA CSOC, acting as the liaison between Raytheon employees and military leadership. Since 2017, they have been employed at Conga, first as an Onboarding Specialist, then as a Senior Onboarding Specialist, and currently as an Enterprise Customer Success Manager. In their current role, they are responsible for taking ownership of a portfolio of Conga customers and committing to their success. Ashlee also oversees implementations and ensures high levels of impact and client satisfaction. In 2020, they joined S-Docs as an Enterprise Customer Success Manager.

Ashlee Dinsmore obtained their High School Diploma from Paul J Hagerty High School in 2009. Ashlee then attended Seminole State College of Florida from 2016 to 2018, graduating with a Bachelor of Science (BS) in Information Technology. In addition, they obtained a Technical Certificate from Seminole State College of Florida in December 2018. Ashlee also has certifications from Six Sigma (Raytheon Six Sigma, obtained in October 2015), Conga (Conga Composer Admin Certification, Conga Orchestrate Certification, and Conga Sign Certification, all obtained in September and August 2019).
