Cathleen Goodwin

Cathleen Goodwin has been working in the real estate industry for over 25 years. Cathleen began their career as a commercial property accountant with Goodman Segar Hogan in 1990. Cathleen then moved to S.L. Nusbaum Realty Co. in 1993, where they have been working ever since. In their current role as AVP, Senior Lease Analyst, they are responsible for overseeing the leasing process for the company's commercial properties.

Cathleen Goodwin has a B.A. in English/Professional Writing from Old Dominion University.
