Kelley Brown

Kelley began working for S.L. Nusbaum Realty Co. in 2001 at properties in Stafford and Fredericksburg in Virginia. In late 2002, Kelley joined the Compliance Department as the Compliance Specialist for the Northern Virginia region. She oversaw 22 tax credit communities, consisting of more than 2,600 units. In 2013, Kelley became the OneSite Training Specialist. In this position, she was responsible for the software training needs for all managed communities. In 2017, Kelley returned to Compliance Department and is currently the HUD Compliance Specialist.
