Rosalynn Perry

Rosalynn Perry, CAPS, currently serves as the Regional Vice President of MultiFamily Housing and Business Development at S.L. Nusbaum Realty Co. since May 2023. Prior to this role, Perry held the position of Vice President of Property Management and Regional Property Manager at May Riegler Properties from 2018 to 2023. Previous experience includes serving as Senior Property Manager at The Bainbridge Companies (2016-2018), Multi-Site Community Manager at Greystar (2014-2016), and Property Manager at Berkshire Communities (2011-2014). Early career highlights include roles as Assistant General Manager at Stellar Management (2009-2011) and Director of Concierge Services. Perry holds a B.S. degree from Florida State University.
