Brian Nuehring, LEED AP BD+C, began their work experience in 1996 as the Chief Estimator at Metropolitan Contracting Company, LTD. Brian held this role until 2004 when they joined S. M. Wilson & Co. as the Director of Estimating. In 2012, they were promoted to the position of Director of Preconstruction at S. M. Wilson & Co.

Brian Nuehring, LEED AP BD+C, attended the University of Northern Iowa from 1992 to 1995, where they studied Construction Management.
