Ulla Marjoniemi

Ulla Marjoniemi is a seasoned human resources professional with extensive experience in various roles at Lassila & Tikanoja since May 2017, including Head of Group HR, Human Resources Development Manager, Development Manager, and Recruitment Team Lead. Prior to this, Ulla worked as a Recruitment Consultant for Lassila & Tikanoja and Target Headhunting Oy, specializing in recruiting, headhunting, talent sourcing, consulting, and career counselling. Ulla’s early career at Alko Oy from November 2008 to August 2016 involved coaching shop managers in the Helsinki region and a role as a salesperson while pursuing a Bachelor of Business Administration degree with a focus on Human Resources Management at Laurea University of Applied Sciences.
