Gina R.

Gina R. has a diverse work experience spanning several industries. Gina began their career as a Program Planning & Control professional at Lockheed Martin Aeronautics. Gina then moved on to work as a Training & Organizational Development Specialist at E*Trade, followed by a role as a Consultant at Creative Management Group. After that, they joined AmeriPark as an Operations Training Manager, where they focused on improving operational efficiency and expanding the company's operations to new markets.

Gina then transitioned to CareWatch, Inc. as a Business Analyst, where they managed the rollout of a telephony-based software solution for the Home-Health & Hospice industries. Gina was responsible for planning and managing the implementation process for clients, including requirements gathering, product development, re-engineering business processes, and providing training and support.

Subsequently, Gina worked at Scientific Image Center Management as a Director of Strategy & Execution. In this role, they collaborated with executive leadership and business units to drive operational quality, growth, and competitive positioning. Gina spearheaded the development of operational reporting and analytics, oversaw processes and procedures, and partnered with IT on the rollout of a CRM system.

Gina then joined Columbus A/S as a Service Director and Dynamics Project Manager, where they oversaw platform services and managed Dynamics projects. Gina later joined FOCUS Brands as a Senior IT Project Manager, leading a large-scale deployment of MS Dynamics AX 2012 R3 CU8. Gina managed a team, facilitated meetings, controlled the project schedule, and ensured adherence to budget and scope.

After this, Gina worked as a PMO Director at Tensar International Corporation, where they established methodologies, procedures, and best practices for project management and financial review. Gina also spearheaded the formalization of the EPMO.

Currently, Gina is serving as Vice President of PMO at S Phase. Gina was recruited to formalize the PMO department and has developed plans to integrate it into business operations, focusing on change management, transparency, communication, and process optimization.

Gina R. obtained a BBA degree in Finance from The University of Georgia. Additionally, they have obtained various certifications including Professional Scrum Master™ I (PSM I) from Scrum.org in March 2019, Prosci® Certified Change Practitioner from Prosci in October 2017, Project Management Professional (PMP) from the Project Management Institute in July 2013, Sure Step+ Implementation Methodology and RapidValue Business Process Management from Columbus A/S in March 2012. Furthermore, they also hold the PHR certification from the HR Certification Institute - HRCI in March 2002, and the Series 24, Series 63, and Series 7 certifications from the Financial Industry Regulatory Authority (FINRA) in August 1999, July 1999, and June 1999, respectively.
