Mike Sutton

Mike Sutton has had a diverse work experience in the brewing industry. Mike started their career at Miller Brewing Company in 1979, where they worked as Brewing Supervisor & Area Manager and later became the Brewing Manager. In 1994, they joined Froedtert Malt Company as the Director of Customer Satisfaction and Quality Assurance. Mike then moved to Coors Brewing Company in 1997, where they served as the Director of Brewing Operations. In 2004, they became the General Manager of Hop Processing Operations at Hopsteiner before being promoted to Craft Brewing Hop Sales Manager & Technical Support and later Vice President of Sales and Technical Support. Mike Sutton also had significant involvement in the Master Brewers Association of the Americas, serving as President, 1st Vice President, and Past President.

Mike Sutton attended Salisbury University from 1972 to 1976, where they obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in Chemistry. Mike then pursued further education at the Siebel Institute of Technology from 1990 to 1992, earning a Diploma in Brewing Technology.
