Trey Lopez, CPM has extensive work experience in the real estate industry. Trey is currently serving as the Vice President of Operations at S2 Capital since September 2023. Previously, they worked at TEAL, where they held the position of Director of Business Development from December 2021 to September 2023.

Prior to that, Trey has held various managerial roles at well-known companies such as Cortland, Pegasus Residential, Bell Partners Inc, and Lane Company. At Cortland, they served as the Managing Director, overseeing 79 communities totaling 26,191 units from December 2020 to August 2021. Trey also served as the Director of Operations at Cortland from July 2015 to December 2020, where they led a team of 500+ associates and managed 42 communities totaling 14,534 units.

At Pegasus Residential, Trey was the Regional Manager, responsible for up to 12 communities totaling up to 2,849 units. Trey successfully developed two Community Managers into Regional Managers and achieved significant YOY Controllable Net Operating Income growth.

Before joining Pegasus Residential, Trey worked as a Regional Manager at Bell Partners Inc and as an Executive Property Manager at Lane Company. Trey Lopez, CPM obtained their Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree in History from The University of Georgia between the years 2000 and 2004. As an additional certification, they obtained the Certified Property Manager (CPM) designation from the Institute of Real Estate Management (IREM) in February 2022.
