Murat Sensoy

Murat Sensoy, CFA, currently serves as an Equity Research Analyst at S2 Works Limited, focusing on public real estate and Equity REITs since October 2022. As an Associate Instructor at 2U, Murat teaches Commercial Real Estate Analysis and Investment for MIT SA+P. Previously, Murat held various roles, including Consultant at Realized and Portfolio Manager/Research Analyst at Franklin Templeton, where responsibilities included managing the Global Real Estate Securities investment team. Prior experience also includes serving as Director - Senior Investment Analyst at UBS Global Asset Management and Senior Analyst at State Street Global Advisors, both within the Global Real Estate Securities teams. Murat holds a Master of Science in Financial Economics from Boston University and a Bachelor of Arts in Economics from the UNH Peter T. Paul College of Business and Economics.
