Graham Jenkins

Graham Jenkins has a diverse work experience spanning over several decades. Graham started their career as the General Manager at GEC Osram in 1984 and later worked as an Executive Search Consultant at Morgan & Banks. In 1991, they founded Trinity Group and served as the Managing Director for 10 years, growing the company to a staff of 35. Jenkins then joined Catalyst Recruitment Systems as the General Manager for Trinity. Graham continued their career as the Executive Director at Boyden Global Search and later became a Director at Beilby Corporation. From 2006 to 2020, Jenkins served as a Business Mentor and Chair at TEC 31 and KEY 112, providing guidance to CEOs and emerging leaders. In 2015, they joined S2M Digital Recruitment as the Head of Executive Search. Graham also took on the role of Chairman of the Board at Marrickville Legal Centre in 2016. In 2023, they briefly served as the Acting Head of Human Resources at the Rev. Bill Crews Foundation. Jenkins' work experience demonstrates their expertise in executive search, mentoring, leadership, and recruitment.

Graham Jenkins obtained a BA (Econ) in Economics from the University of Sussex in 1971. Graham then pursued a Diploma of Human Resources from Deakin University in 1996-1997. Graham later pursued a Masters in Labour Law from the University of Sydney between 2006 and 2008.
