Stephanie McDaniel has over ten years of professional work experience. Stephanie began their career in 2003 at Payless ShoeSource as an Allocation Manager - Accessories, Associate Buyer Women's Casual, Merchandise Planner - Women's Casual, Merchandise Distribution Planner - Women's Dress, and Merchandise Distribution Analyst. In 2011, they returned to Payless ShoeSource as an Allocation Manager. In 2009, they moved to Macy's as a District Planner in Men's. In 2013, they returned to Payless ShoeSource as a Director Solutions Delivery, Director Of Planning And Allocation, Manager of Corporate Planning, Manager of Merchandising Systems Development and Training, and Manager - Merchandising Solutions Delivery. In 2020, they joined Andrew Reise Consulting as a Senior Consultant and in 2022, they joined S5 Stratos as a Senior Product Consultant.

Stephanie McDaniel attended The University of Kansas from 1999 to 2003, where they earned a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration and Management, General. In 2002, they also participated in a study abroad program at CIMBA.
