Kelly Neaton is a seasoned Graphic Designer and Senior Art Director with extensive experience in both traditional and motion graphic design. Currently serving as Senior Art Director at S50 since December 2021, Kelly specializes in crafting communications for ad campaigns, online content, videos, and social media platforms. Prior to this role, Kelly held the position of Graphic Designer / Motion Graphic Designer at Digital Retail Partners, focusing on website design, animation, branding, and email marketing. Earlier experience includes a Graphic Designer role at Beeze Tees, where responsibilities encompassed social media marketing and apparel graphics, as well as a Project Manager role at Keene State College, organizing branding and event planning for graphic design exhibitions. Kelly's foundational experience includes internships at Renegade Studios and The Verge Awards for Teens. Kelly earned a Bachelor of Fine Arts in Graphic Design from Keene State College in 2017.

A small group of BIG agency veterans got together and knew there was a better way to “agency.” We’d hear clients say, “Why does everything take so long?” or, “What am I getting for this retainer?” And we were tired of it. We’ve evolved our Agile philosophy over time, which we coined a culture of doing. We live by the idea that better work happens with fewer barriers. So we break down the complex stuff that takes too much time and start attacking problems in smaller chunks, often finding quick-wins that can be deployed into the market faster to start generating results ASAP. We have more client collaboration and check-ins so that no one goes too far down the wrong path. We’ve flattened our agency so you get top-tier talent working on EVERY piece of business. Here there’s no hierarchy of BS to wade through and we don’t have meetings to talk about the next meeting. We just get down to the business of solving problems and creating great, award-winning work. We think that’s refreshing.
