Previously, Venkatanarayanan led the Microsoft Dynamics Practice at YASH Technologies and served as Director of Enterprise Solutions at SourceEdge Software Technologies. Venkatanarayanan has extensive experience in managing and delivering Microsoft Dynamics projects across various industries, particularly in the retail domain. With a strong focus on business development, team leadership, and operational excellence, Venkatanarayanan has contributed significantly to practice management and competency development throughout a career spanning over two decades. Educational credentials include a Retail Management course from the Indian Institute of Management Ahmedabad and additional studies at Pondicherry University and the University of Madras.
