Kevin Pikus

Kevin Pikus is the Chief Strategy Officer at SA Hospitality Group, where he oversees Finance, Accounting, Legal, Payroll, and Strategic Planning. In this role, Kevin leads cross-functional initiatives that drive growth, operational excellence, and long-term value creation. He has a proven track record of managing high-performing teams, executing department turnarounds, and elevating financial literacy at the operator level. Kevin has also played a key role in supporting the successful openings of new restaurant locations, ensuring both financial discipline and operational readiness.

Prior to joining SA Hospitality Group, Kevin held finance leadership roles at European Wax Center, United Soccer Leagues, Endeavor, and Del Monte Fresh Produce N.A., Inc. He holds a Master’s degree in Business Administration in International Finance from The University of Akron.
