Sarthak Tripathi

Sarthak Tripathi is an Associate at S&A Law Offices since June 2023, following mandatory internship experience. Previous internships include roles at Veritas Legal, where Sarthak conducted research on various laws and assisted with litigation due diligence, and Khaitan & Co., focusing on real estate laws and anti-suit injunction applications. Additional internships at Chambers of Kunal Dwarkadas involved procedural research and pre-hearing preparations, while experiences at Karanjawala & Company and Chambers of Mihir Naniwadekar encompassed research in law and drafting applications. Earlier roles included an underwriting internship at Reliance General Insurance and research internships at Kanga & Co. and the Indian Society of Artificial Intelligence and Law. Sarthak is currently pursuing a Post Graduate Diploma in Arbitration and Mediation at Maharashtra National Law University Mumbai, following a BBA LLB from Symbiosis Law School.
