Edmund Luo

Edmund (Xuan) Luo has extensive experience in telecommunications and network engineering, beginning with a position as a Network Engineer at China Mobile Group Hubei Co., Ltd. from July 2008 to March 2011, where responsibilities included maintaining IP networks and configuring firewalls. Edmund progressed to roles such as Network Specialist and WLAN Technical Supporting Team Leader within the same company until May 2018, focusing on the development and optimization of 4G wireless signal distribution. Following this, Edmund joined SA Power Networks in March 2020 as a Telecommunications Network Engineer and Technical Design Officer, concentrating on designing MPLS networks to modernize existing infrastructure. Prior to current roles, Edmund worked at SIEMENS Mobility sa/nv from September 2018 to November 2019 as a System Architect, contributing to design projects for significant railway upgrades and network architecture development.
