IT Service Management Lead - Enerven at SA Power Networks

Greg Patrick has a diverse work experience in the IT field. Greg started their career as a Service Desk Operator at SA Power Networks in 2006 and later moved on to become a Desktop Support Officer. Greg then took on the role of a Drawings Program Technical Analyst, providing technical expertise and support to ensure project objectives were met. Following this, they worked as an Application Support Analyst, responsible for the stability and availability of non-SAP applications. Within the same company, Greg also served as the Request Fulfillment Lead, where they played a key role in the use and improvement of the ServiceNow platform. Currently, they hold the position of IT Service Management Lead - Enerven at SA Power Networks. Before joining SA Power Networks, Greg worked at Pacific Nursing Solutions, where they started as an IT Support Specialist and later became the National Help Desk Manager.

Greg Patrick attended Adelaide High School from 1994 to 1995. Prior to that, they attended Muirden College from 1991 to 1993. Greg did not obtain any degree or specific field of study during their time at these schools. Greg also obtained several certifications, including Certified Scrum Product Owner (CSPO) from Scrum Alliance in October 2019, Certificate IV in Leadership and Management from Team Solutions Training in December 2018, and Certificate IV in Frontline Management from S&G Training in 2010.
