Paul Sullivan

Paul Sullivan has over 30 years of work experience in various roles and organizations. Paul currently works as a Technology Change Lead at SA Power Networks since 2022. Prior to this, they were a Senior Manager of Residential Aged Care at AnglicareSA from 2019 to 2021. From 2012 to 2019, Paul held multiple roles at Silver Chain Group, including Operations Integration and Growth Lead, Operations Workstream Lead, Director of Home Services, Operations Support and Personal Alarms, and Group Manager of Strategy Implementation. Before that, they worked at Royal District Nursing Service - SA as a Program Manager of Merger Implementation and Senior Project Manager of Strategy from 2009 to 2011. Paul also has experience at Electronic Data Systems as a Project Manager of Knowledge Management and Human Resources, as well as an Organizational Change Management Specialist from 2002 to 2009. Paul began their career at Westpac Banking Corporation in various roles from 1988 to 2002.

Paul Sullivan attended the University of Adelaide from 2002 to 2002, where they earned a Professional Certificate in Management. In 2004, they enrolled in the University of Adelaide again and completed a Graduate Diploma of Business Administration in 2006. To further their education, Paul obtained a Diploma in Project Management from Bayley & Associates Pty Ltd in 2008. The next year, in 2009, Paul completed a program called "Managing Successful Programs". In addition to their educational achievements, Paul also obtained a Prosci® Certified Change Practitioner certification from Prosci in May 2023.
