Shannon Hall

Shannon Hall is an experienced professional specializing in learning and development within the culinary arts and educational sectors. Currently serving as a Learning and Development Consultant at SA Power Networks since January 2022, Shannon previously held multiple leadership roles at Le Cordon Bleu Australia from August 2015 to December 2021, including Head of School for Culinary Arts and Sciences, and Deputy Head of School. Additional experience includes serving as Academic Manager VET in both South Australia and Victoria, as well as roles as an Academic Writer and Industry Placement Academic Supervisor at Le Cordon Bleu Australia in Adelaide. Shannon’s career began at TAFE SA as an Enterprise Development Consultant and Trainer and Assessor from June 2008 to July 2011. Shannon holds a Graduate Certificate in Professional Learning from Griffith University and a Certificate IV in Training and Assessment from TAFE SA.
