Colin Bell

Colin Bell is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in project and engineering management. Currently serving as Senior Manager Field Operations at SA Water since October 2006, Colin's roles have included Manager of Water and Wastewater Networks for the Central Region of South Australia and Manager of Engineering Projects, where responsibilities have encompassed resource management, design safety implementation, and development of technical standards. Previously, Colin worked as a Senior Project Manager on the North South Interconnection System Project and as a Project Manager focusing on regional project development. Colin's earlier experience includes project management for the UK Ministry of Defence, overseeing military equipment development for Royal Artillery and Special Projects. Academic credentials include a Master's degree in Project Management from the University of Adelaide and a Master's degree in Mechanical & Manufacturing Engineering from Queen's University Belfast.
