Lachlan Paul

Lachlan Paul is an experienced professional in operations and maintenance excellence, currently serving as the Operations & Maintenance Excellence Lead at SA Water since January 2023. Lachlan has held significant roles, including Director and Lean Consultant at Lean Solutions and Training Pty Ltd since October 2022, and Operations Manager at KT3 Kitchens from August 2019 to August 2022. Previous experience includes leadership positions at Lean Solutions and Training from January 2017 to March 2020, and a decade of progressive roles at Lion Co, culminating as Manufacturing Excellence Leader. Early career experience includes team leadership and technical roles at Campbell Arnott's. Lachlan holds a Bachelor of Science with honors from the University of Adelaide, earned between 1997 and 2001.
