Nicole Henderson

Nicole Henderson is a seasoned change management professional with extensive experience across various sectors, including financial services and technology. Currently serving as Change Lead at SA Water, Nicole previously held roles as a Change Management Consultant at SynergyIQ and Senior Change Manager at Westpac Group, where responsibilities included delivering high-impact programs and driving compliance initiatives. With a strong background at the Commonwealth Bank in multiple senior management roles, Nicole focused on risk management, regulatory affairs, and strategic projects, enhancing organizational processes and culture. Nicole co-founded Playt, an innovative food-tech startup, and has contributed to entrepreneurial development through mentoring roles.
