Brenda Talazo, MBA (UK), has a strong background in human resources and business enablement. Brenda began their career with Saab Avitronics in 2008 as an HR Manager, where they contributed to the HR operations of the company. In 2010, they moved to Saab EDS as an Executive Manager of Human Resources, where they provided operational HR support and contributed to the development of strategies and policies. Talazo's expertise led their to Saab, where they held various high-level positions. From 2012 to 2015, they served as Vice President & Head of Human Resources, overseeing HR, OD, and OHS functions and developing and implementing human capital strategies. Following this, from 2015 to 2019, they became Vice President of Corporate Services, contributing to the overall success of the company. Currently, they hold the role of Vice President of HR & Business Enablement at Saab, where they utilize their experience and strategic skills to support business objectives and recommend HR and business plans to executives.
Brenda Talazo, MBA (UK), completed their Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree from Henley Business School between 2016 and 2020. Prior to that, they attended the GIBS Business School (Gordon Institute of Business Science) in 2010, where they completed the Management Development Program. In 2007, Brenda completed a program in Labour Relations Management at the University of South Africa/Universiteit van Suid-Afrika. Brenda started their educational journey at Vaal University of Technology from 1993 to 1996, specializing in Human Resources Management.
