Camilla Trollsas

Camilla Trollsas has a diverse work experience spanning over several years. Camilla began their career as an HR Specialist at Siemens Healthcare in 1994. Camilla then transitioned to St. Jude Medical as an HR Manager from 1995 to 2002. Following this, they held various roles at St. Jude Medical from 2003 to 2012, including Production Manager, Manager Training & Education, and Sr Production Manager. In 2008, they worked as a Project Specialist in HR at St. Jude Medical Ltd in Hong Kong. Subsequently, they worked as an Account Director for European Companies in Talent Advantage Group. Camilla then joined St. Jude Medical as an HR consultant in Malaysia from 2009 to 2010. In 2010, they became a Sr. HR Manager at St. Jude Medical, focusing on Competence Management. Camilla later moved to Trimble, where they served as the Head of HR from 2012 to 2016. Lastly, they held leadership positions at Saab, first as Director Head of HR for Traffic Management from 2016 to 2017, and then as Vice President, Head of HR Business Area Surveillance from 2017 onwards.

Camilla Trollsas earned a Bachelor of Science (BSc) degree in Human Resources (HR) from the University of Stockholm, where they studied from 1990 to 1994. In addition to their degree, they have obtained several certifications throughout their career. These include a Belbin Certification from Belbin UK in 2013, an ICF Coach Diploma from CoachCompanion of Scandinavia AB in 2012, and a Profilor 360 Certification from Personnel Decisions International (PDI) in 2002.
