Erik Hermansson

Erik Hermansson is an experienced human resources professional with a robust background in various industries. Since March 2012, Erik has served as the Head of Human Resources at Saab's BU TSS (BA DYN). Prior to this role, Erik was the Human Resources Manager at ProfilGruppen Extrusions AB from January 2007 to February 2012, and a Management Consultant at Mercuri Urval from January 2005 to January 2007. Erik's extensive experience includes nearly ten years at Volvo Trucks, where responsibilities included HR Business Partner in Gothenburg and a global HR assignment in a post-merger context in South Korea, ultimately leading to a Global HR Manager role in Brussels. Earlier career endeavors featured a position as Recruitment and Training Manager at STS Student Travel Schools, alongside various assignments across Europe and the USA. Erik holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Organizational Theory and Marketing from Linnaeus University.
