Karin Rönnbäck

Karin Rönnbäck's work experience includes various roles in employer branding, recruitment, and HR. Karin currently works at Saab as an Employer Branding Lead. Before joining Saab, they worked at Combitech Sverige from 2014 to 2021, where they held positions in employer branding and recruitment. Prior to that, they worked at Kelly Services as a Branch Manager and as part of the Kelly Selection team. Karin'searliest work experience was at A.P. Moller - Maersk in an HR role.

Karin Rönnbäck completed their education at Växjö University from 2000 to 2004, where they studied the Program for Personal and Work Life with a focus on Personal and Work Life. In 2003, they also briefly studied HR/Personnel Administration at Universidad Iberoamericana, Ciudad de México. Before that, from 1995 to 1998, Karin attended Aranäsgymnasiet, where they pursued the Social Sciences Program. Additionally, they obtained certifications such as Disc in 2014, cut-e from cut-e an Aon company in 2013, OPQ in 2010, and MPA in 2007.
