Jeslin James currently serves as a Project Coordinator at Saahas, a non-profit organization focused on waste management and community building across India since 2001. Previously, Jeslin held positions as a Public Policy and Governance Intern at the Institute of Public Health in Bengaluru and as a Public Policy Intern at the Kerala Institute of Local Administration (KILA). Additionally, Jeslin contributed as a CLDP Volunteer at the Janaagraha Centre for Citizenship and Democracy, where data was collected regarding councilors in Kochi Corporation. Prior internships include experiences at St. Thomas Association for Rural Service (STARS) and Kannur Association for Integrated Rural Organization and Support (KAIROS). Jeslin holds a Master of Arts in Public Policy and Governance from Azim Premji University and a Bachelor of Social Work from Kannur University.
