Donald Kulp

Donald Kulp has a diverse work experience spanning several decades. Donald began their career at Northrop Grumman Corporation in 1988, where they worked as a Technical Director/ Program Manager until 2008. Donald then moved on to DCOSTA, LLC in 2010, where they served as a Business Development Consultant. In 2020, they joined Space Information Laboratories as the Director of Business Development, responsible for developing corporate Strategic Plans, Capabilities presentations, and a 5-year business development roadmap. Additionally, they have been involved in writing and responding to SBIR/STTR and OTA targets of opportunities, as well as supporting industry-wide symposiums and conferences across the Department of Defense. In the same year, they also took on the role of Director of Business Development at Saalex Solutions.

Donald Kulp attended California Lutheran University from 1989 to 1992, where they pursued a Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Science.
