Matthew Hamer

Matthew Hamer is an experienced logistics manager with a robust background in the U.S. Air Force and Saalex Solutions. Currently serving as the Logistics Manager for the USAF Small Arms and Light Weapons Team since July 2020, Matthew oversees the sustainment of Special Operations Forces gun systems on various aircraft. With previous roles including Logistics Manager for Fighter Bomb Racks and Weapons Superintendent, Matthew has managed diverse teams in sustaining engineering for Air Force gun systems. Matthew holds a Master's degree from Georgia College & State University and a Bachelor's of Applied Science in Project Management from Northwest Florida State College.
