Sibu Janardhanan

Sibu Janardhanan is an experienced professional with a diverse work history. Sibu is currently serving as the Finance Director - Global Technology at ADM since April 2021. In 2019, they held the role of Chief Operating Officer at SAAM, Inc. and Executive Vice President prior to that. Sibu also worked as an Executive in Residence at The Entrepreneurs Center in 2020 and as an Advisor & Partner at 14fifty Partners starting in May 2021. Before that, they were the Managing Director at Bhima Consulting Group LLC and served as a Board Member at AI:ON Innovations, Inc. until January 2021. From 2017 to 2019, Sibu held the position of Senior Vice President - North America at EVBox, where they were responsible for the company's North America P&L operations. Prior to that, they worked at Gexpro as the VP Energy Solutions and Gexpro Branch Manager - Midwest, leading strategic initiatives and driving growth. Sibu also gained valuable experience at GE as a Division Finance Manager, Associate II in the Corporate Audit Staff, and as an Inquiry to Order Leader, focusing on financial leadership, process improvements, and P&L management. Throughout their career, Sibu has demonstrated leadership, strategic thinking, and a strong ability to drive business growth and operational excellence.

Sibu Janardhanan attended Union College from 1995 to 1999, where they obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in Biology & Philosophy. Sibu then pursued further education at Union College from 1999 to 2001, completing a Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) with a focus on Operations & Strategy. In addition to their academic achievements, Sibu Janardhanan also obtained certifications as a Black Belt and a Green Belt from GE in the years 2004 and 2001, respectively.
