Dr. Anshu Miglani

Dr. Anshu Miglani has over 18 years of work experience in various roles. In 2022, they were appointed as the Director at Saarthee. From 2011 to present, they have been working as the Assistant Director at Indira Gandhi National Open University (IGNOU). Her role includes coordinating and collaborating with academic staff/ Subject Matter Experts (SME’s) in order to facilitate learning design, development and delivery of online courses. Dr. Anshu also provides advice on pedagogical and instructional design for the development of learning design and assessment resources and other e-learning products. From 2007 to 2011, they worked as the Faculty & Manager Education at Geospatial World (GIS Development Pvt. Ltd.). Her role included managing Division (Education Division) Level Operations -- Business Development Administration as well as teaching. From 2006 to 2007, they worked as a GIS Engineer at RMSI Pvt. Ltd. and from 2004 to 2006, they worked as a Junior Research Fellow at Space Application Center (SAC), ISRO.

Dr. Anshu Miglani's education history includes a PhD in Botany from Hemwati Nandan Bahuguna Garhwal University (2006-2010), a Master of Science in Plant Physiology from G. B. Pant University of Agriculture & Technology (2001-2003), and a Bachelor of Science in Microbiology, General from Kurukshetra University (1997-2000). Additionally, Dr. Miglani has obtained a Post Graduate Diploma in Distance Education from Indira Gandhi National Open University (2011-2012) and is currently enrolled in a Micro Masters program in Instructional Design and Technology at the University of Maryland Global Campus (2021-2022).
